Managing Director and founder of APT Recruitment. Ken built up a wealth of commercial, managerial and business experience in industry cumulating in a position of Managing Director of UVG before forming APT recruitment in 2006. In addition Ken is founder and managing director of ‘Ken Moon and Associates’ a sister company that specialises in Health and Safety consultancy. As a passionate supporter of local businesses Ken is also Regional Chairman of the Wessex region of the FSB. Together with his team he is looking forward to establishing APT as one of the leading Independent Recruitment agencies for Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

With over 17 years sales experience Dan has, for the last 6/7 years been responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment for industrial, commercial and technical positions as well as negotiating and writing business proposals, tenders, contractual supply agreements, Service Level Agreements and contract management.

With 5 years administrative experience Shani provides all of our ‘Back Office’ support and is responsible for the smooth running of all our payroll and invoicing as well as maintaining and updating company and client records.

Our latest addition, Monika works closely with our temporary workforce in order to establish the best placements for our clients and staff.
